Part-time Executive Director

Texas Congregations United for Empowerment, Inc. (TCUE), a non-profit organization comprised of a collective of primarily African American churches in Central Texas, in mutually beneficial business partnerships with financial institutions and businesses, is hiring a part-time Executive Director.

This staff person will identify, recruit and contractually engage new churches, as well as new business partners and new alliances with financial institutions offering unified TCUE programs and services. The successful candidate must be self-initiated, implement the mission of obtaining the new contracts, be accountable to the TCUE Board of Directors by embracing TCUE's vision, mission, goals, objectives, programmatic emphases, marketing and implement the administrative details thereof. A college degree or its equivalent and proven experience in closing new business is required. Compensation is based upon a negotiable nominal base salary plus primarily commission tied to new business.
