The Texas Congregations United for Empowerment, Inc. (TCUE), is a collaborative effort between member churches, covenant banks and our strategic partners. TCUE is a Christian ministry, draws leaders from the faith, business and public service sectors to develop and enhance economic empowerment strategies for our members and communities.
